DELETE ACCOUNT

We're sorry to see you go. Below you'll find everything you need to know about deleting your Undercity account and personal data.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed. This includes your profile, listings, messages, ratings, and any uploaded images. This action cannot be undone.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the Undercity app and navigate to your Profile.
  2. Tap the Edit (pencil) icon to open your profile settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Enter your password (if you signed up with email) and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
  5. Your account and all associated data will be removed within 14 days.

DELETE VIA EMAIL

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us from your registered email address:

  1. Send an email to info@undercity.co.za.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the username or email address associated with your account.
  4. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 14 days.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
