After signing in, tap the "+" button in the app or click "Add Item" on your profile. Fill in the item details—title, condition, price or trade preference, and photos—then hit Publish. Your listing will appear in the Marketplace instantly.
Once you claim an item, a message thread opens between you and the seller. Finalise delivery or trade details directly in the chat. We strongly recommend confirming condition and payment method before sending anything.
Sellers set a starting bid and an end time. Place your bid on the item card—highest bid wins when the timer hits zero. You'll receive a notification if you're outbid or if you win, and messaging opens automatically to close the deal.
Use the "Report" option on the item card, or email us at info@undercity.co.za with the listing link and details. Undercity reviews all reports within 24 hours and will take appropriate action.
Head to your Profile page and tap the Edit (pencil) icon. You can update your display name, bio, avatar, and banner image. Note: usernames are unique and can only be changed once every 30 days.
Yes. Email info@undercity.co.za from your registered address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 14 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Yes! The Undercity app is available on iOS and Android. You can also install the website as a Progressive Web App (PWA) directly from your mobile browser for an app-like experience without a store download.
