1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By entering Undercity Trading, you agree to be bound by these Sacred Scrolls of Conduct. If you do not agree to all terms, you must exit the city immediately.
2. USER CONDUCT
The Guild expects honor among collectors. You agree NOT to:
- List fraudulent or counterfeit items.
- Harass, deceive, or exploit other members of the Guild.
- Attempt to bypass official trading mechanisms.
- Use any automated systems to "scrape" the Undercity markets.
3. LISTINGS & TRADES
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Undercity Trading provides the platform but does not guarantee the condition or authenticity of items traded between users.
4. EARLY ACCESS
Undercity is currently in Early Access. Features may change, data may be reset, and the city walls may occasionally shift. Enjoy free access while we fix the pipes!
5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
The Guild Council reserves the right to banish any user who violates these scrolls. Cross the line and—POW!—you're out faster than a first-edition Charizard on auction day.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Undercity Trading is provided "as is". We are not liable for any lost trades, damaged cards, or emotional distress caused by missed auctions.
7. CHANGES TO SCROLLS
The Council may update these scrolls at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new laws.
